Insurance and Billing

Medicare

We are Medicare providers under Part B services. Therapy services are typically covered at 80% up to a point, and then a co-pay or secondary insurance would cover the other 20%.

Private Insurance

We are out-of-network for all private insurance companies at this time.

 

We can provide materials for you to submit to your insurance companies for reimbursement. Check with your insurance company about your specific coverage. To make things easier, here is a resource with suggested questions for your call to the insurance company.

Private pay

Please inquire about rates. Credit card, check, or cash are accepted forms of payment. Payment will be due at time of services unless otherwise arranged.

Health Savings Account

Health savings accounts can be used for co-pays or private pay. We can provide a receipt for you to submit.
